As of 7/5/14 I was at 110,001.1.

After that we did about 80 miles on the track on Sunday. Chevron loves me. Esp at $4.35 a gallon.

And as of today 110,105.2. And it's absolutely beautiful today. Just may go a GT ride.

And a +/- 800 mile trip for this next week end.

Catch me if you can find the time.

This poll gets out of date fast for those who drive. There should be a way to update as new milestones are crossed.

Jeff, You are my role model. Any gauge failures?

Two years ago today, Amy and I arrived at our Virginia home in my GT. We picked it up three days earlier in West Chicago. It had just rolled over 3,000 miles. It had 4,000 when we got home. Two years later - 16,500.

I guess we are wimps in bonehead's book, because we also trailered the GT 12,000 miles since June 2013.

Tomorrow we leave for the Key West Power Cruise. That's a 750 mile round trip, plus a few hundred while we're down there.

Parts failures thus far:

1. Clamshell struts. ~$50.
2. Clamshell pop-up springs (not yet replaced)
3. Speed sensor. $31.

Yes, this poll is way out of date. Guess someone needs to start a new poll so the info can be updated.

How do two of you pack for a few days on the road? My wife is game for using the NSX which has a substantial amount of room (trunk) but has a hard time finding room for her purse in the GT.

You have to pack the car. The car is the luggage set. Between the areas behind seats for flat items, the passenger floor for duffel bags/laptop case, front seat pockets, etc, plenty of room for stuff. And pack light! Or you can be like Camilo and pack the car so tight that the chick in the passenger seat is only revealed by the straw she's using as an air tube.

This trip is easy, because we're going to Margaritaville. T-shirts, shorts and flipflops for six days. A few synthetics that can be rinsed and air dry fast.

We fill the car cover bag with non-heat sensitive things. Daypack backpacks behind the seats, mainly for PC/iPad/douche kits. A duffel bag that goes on the passenger floor and also serves as a leg/foot rest. Amy says it's quite comfy...seatback leaned back a bit and feet up. :)

Obviously, the behind the seat storage won't work for everyone!
