How many Key FOBS can be programmed

Gentlemen,

I have been trying to program a 3rd key fob for the GT. No matter what I do I can only get 2 of 3 to program. Is two the limit? I checked online and could not find info regarding the GT but other ford products appear to be able to program up to 6 fobs.

Just to clarify I am referring to the remote key fobs not the keys. and all 3 program but only 2 at a time seem to work.

I added 2 more to mine so I have 3 and all work. Ford dealer did mine.

Slightly O/T but whats the range on these? I'm always thinking did I just hit the door open button and am I now draining the battery when I park and then get 50 feet away and put my hands in my pockets etc.

I've got two originals plus 3 more aftermarket ones programmed right now. I seem to recall reading that the limit is 10.
