I am beginning to wonder if I should have my car redone in the Heritage scheme. While it won't bring the numbers as an "original paint job" it still might bring more than a standard red car stripe delete.

Besides, I like the Heritage scheme….

That would be in interesting experiment. As long as the buyer had full knowledge that it was a repaint, it would be interesting to know what someone would be willing to pay for that livery, even if not factory original.

I think that would be a big fail. I don't think a Heritage buyer would pay a premium for non-original paint. I think you would actually devalue the car.
