FRPP too loud

I test drove one with the FRPP without muffler and in my opinion it was
too loud for the street. At more than 1/2 throttle it was actually painful to listen to with the windows down. I passed on that car solely because of the exhaust. Currently going with stock manifold and Heffner pipes.
