Thanks Ralph :cheers Even though my B-Day is today i started celebrating early on Veterans day when i took my 2009 Star Vmax to the dragstrip. On the first pass in 4.5 years i knocked some rust off my aged body when i nailed a .02 reaction time with a rather slow 1.89 sixty foot time. This ended with a time of 10.98 @ 126 mph. The corrected density altitude was 3500 feet above sea level. i scaled the bike and it weighed in at a HULK like 670 pounds with a half tank of gas. With me and all my gear on the total race weight came in at a whopping 908 lbs. My Turbocharged Kawasaki ZRX-1100 is 165 lbs lighter....
i think with a 50 shot of nitrous and a sixty foot time in the 1.7's i can run a 10.3 @ 135 mph. This should correct to a 9.99 @ 138 mph at sea level....
