Thank you very much guys :thumbsup Now 45 candles in the birthday cake, although my wife still thinks I behave like a 17 year old .... not always sure it´s a compliment :rofl
Really looking forward to the next Rally .... hopefully Dave will let me attend even though by then the only FGT stuff I probably have left is a set of "FGT mudflaps" ..... :facepalm: Will be in Chicago in mid april for a few days if somebody is interested in meeting.
Gino, the FR500C is ready to hit the tracks as soon as the weather allows .....
Have had a great birthday so far, even though my 8 year old son Nicolas seems to have adopted it as his day as well .... cake, candy, movies .....
The best gifts are usually the "from Anders to Anders" - and right now I´m in a trip down memory lane - going back to my high school days in Oregon back in 1983. Back then a 67-68 Mustang hardtop or a Chevy 4x4 was on the top of the wish list ..... so fitting enough, I recieved this 1979 Silverado yesterday - one owner, org. paint, exellent condition - slightly lifted short bed 4x4 ...... and my 67-68 Trans Am racecar project is nearing completion as well so life is still good although no FGT in the garage at the moment ....
For the vintage racecars I thought a vintage hauler would be in place as well - so found this original hauler in Colorado that is on its way here as well - gonna be a fun restoration project as well :lol
