Yes, probably the best performing sports car for the price right now...

... but the Ford GT more or less "scratched". So when is the rematch? I would tend to give the nod to the FGT.

We all get it, the 720S is fast. How about posting the video of your 720S against the Underground Racing Huracan, or do you just want to stick with those that have favorable outcomes?

maybe in a 1/2 mile race, he made a few passes down the 1/4 mile that night, 720S was trapping higher...

how about UGR Huracan owner asked not to post the videos... and the next time we were at the track declined to race the 720S from a dig, just wanted to run his race from a roll, UGR Huracan is without question faster though... he just didn't want risk a drag race and break something... I offered to do both...

and I've posted the 720S losing, why so bitter?

The GT is driven like it's entering the on ramp to the freeway. This TT GT will kill the 720 if the driver knows how to shift! Can you imagine the difference in the 720's performance if the driver lifted on every shift? You're in a race damn it!

Horsepower claims for modded engines are for Cars & Coffee. I got 1,000. Uh huh.

This stuff is real.

Guy races Brooks. Guy's story at C&C next week: I got so much horsepower I can't get it down. I start in 3rd and I'm still smoking in 5th. Uh huh.

If you know anything about drag racing, the 720 is making some power to be pulling after the 8th mile making the gt look like it is a 500whp car. From a dead stop the 720 would crush the gt and if it was a 200 foot longer race the 720 would of drove around it. That's my take on the vid.

This isn't drag racing. Roll racing is a good way to eliminate the handicap the GT has without traction control and will have a very different outcome. Here it's more about the power to weight ratio. Watch the vid again (the view from the 720) and see the 720 makes gains after the GT's shift and lower on boost. You gotta drive better than that to beat a car that makes no mistakes.

something doesnt add up in the vid. Either the 720 is not stock or the Gt is not making 1000hp or maybe its 1000 to the crank and its more like 800 to the wheels the stock 1/4 mile time for a 720 is 9.9s at about 141 when my car was making 825 hp I ran 10.40s at 140 and that was spinning first and second gear on street tires ,regular F1s

the way that 720 was gaining on the Gt is not indicative of the advertised hp of each car. if the gt was really making 1000 on a roll race the 720 wouldnt stand a chance, unless the 720 is making 900

the GT is a recent build, made 890 WHP.... my 720S has trapped 144.7 MPH and it's completely stock (dyno 691 WHP)... other stock ones have gone faster..

No matter what, the 720s is an amazing piece of machinery. That split second turbo lag is all it takes.
