GT Trailer Nirvana

here is a picture of my jimglo tilt bed trailer. i had it custom made for me by Jimmy to tow my lighthing, camaro and sand rail with. it has an open center so it doubles as a lift too for when i want to do various types of work on my hot rods. i have a trailex trailer that i use for my GT and Viper....

anyway, jim glo's version of a trailex is better as it is built stronger :thumbsup

I have one also!

I was checking out the JimGlo trailers a couple weeks ago in Pomona, at the America's Most Beautiful Roadster event.
First class all the way, whether open tilt trailer or enclosed.

Freddy:

Nice rig and I like the colour matching of the trailer to the Lightning and tow vehicle.

I am looking for an open trailer for my 9 second GT Block Lightning and am thinking of the JimGlo tilt.

What length did you get for your Lightning? Did you get the 7000 GVWR or 10000? D Rings or v-track?

^^^^ - can't remember the length but it is a 7,000 GVWR with D rings and a tool box up front....

i had it built taller with oversized wheels and tires so i could tow it through the sand dunes and not get stuck. also it is easier to get under it with a creeper to do work on too :thumbsup

it is by far the best trailer i have ever owned and i have owned lots of em :cheers

Now that's a trailer!

I like it also! Can't Featherlight make the opening side wall?

:agree: One would think any trailer mfgr could...including the fender on/off feature. Whether they actually would or not is quite another question (for various reasons).
