Does anyone have more information and pictures of the prototype car shown in the second picture of this article from 2002? I'm asking because I own the blue Sparco seats that are shown & I'd love to learn more about the car.

Seating Buck

From what I remember, that is the “Seating Buck” as it was called. It wasn’t a complete car just wood and clay on a dolly shaped like the center section of the car. It was used to help the designers see what the interior would physically look like, other than on the computer. Those blue seats you have look like the stock Ferrari seats we installed in the 9 Workhorses that we built like in the first pic.

^ Great information - thank you for taking the time to reply. Cool that they were in multiple 'bucks'... I was told that these seats were in one of the prototype GT's that were featured in a program regarding the development, driven in the scene by Chris Theodore. Any idea if they were ever in one of the actual test mules?
