"Full FRPP" which could mean rear exit headers (9430GTX) or long tube headers + FRPP muffler. Always hard to tell from audio on vid, but it seems a bit too 'tame' to be the rear exit headers. DBK or any member that was there can probably clarify which setup.

I have the Ford long tube headers, with the Borla "muffler". I think it sounds really great; but it is loud under acceleration (Otis said it made his ears bleed when we dyno'd it last year). Other than the start up "VAROOM!" it is quiet enough to get out of my noise sensitive neighborhood. Plus - I think headers just look cool.

I've seen that video before but was never sure what was included in that "FRPP exhaust" setup. Sure sounds good but dyno vids often amplify/alter their true sound due to the fact they're indoors and the sound from the rollers themselves.

For what it's worth, I did end up going with the CoolTech x-pipe, and I am very pleased with it. Excellent quality, and sounds like just what I was going for.

It isn't mine, but that car does have the headers and Borla muffler. It is a good representation of the sound quality of that set up. I can't recommend it enough. I am going to take a good quality video of my car on the road and send it to you so you can hear it in action. Sorry about the problem with the other videos I tried to send you.

I am, Ralphie. I was just hoping to come to a decision and have one installed before the Rally. Think I have it pretty much narrowed down to yours (9430 GTX) and Paul's (Sinovac) long tubes + FRPP muffler. Oy, what a difficult choice!
