I was considering that Heritage, but bought a different one. A few grand less and the dealer would not have lost it

That was down here, shortly after that we tightened up a bit with who got close to the cars when we had them in service. I work at a dealer and Ive seen that happen (paperwork and getting charged more than told) than it really should. And people get pissed off about it all the time and the bottom line is you gotta have some $$$ and power to be able to get it handled. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING is the lesson to learn here. Salesman can talk all they want and promise you the world, but try and get one to write it down and have it signed by a manager for you. Then its a whooole different story. Ive had some bad experiences in trying to purchase a veh where Im at. Dont trust to many salesmen for that reason. It was sad to see the damage, but even worse that someone lost their life over it.
