Ford GT luggage

Greetings All

Here's the status on the luggage:

The hold-up has been finding suitable hardware that is in keeping with the required quality of the piece. I have finally found a company that sells handles and latches that will match the look and standard I am aspiring to.
The upper surfaces are carbon and the surfaces that contact the liner are black leather. There are some other pretty trick features that will come with it, too.

It shouldn't be too long now.

Thanks to everyone who has expressed interest.

In the meantime, a lot of progress has been made on the door panels.
This weekend has been spent making the assembly fixtures for the attachments. Just taking a break at the moment while some epoxy sets up. I'll be making a formal announcement of availability and pricing in early February.

I think the website mentioned heat resistant material in the luggage, which would be most welcome.

I've been using the factory car cover bag as temporary luggage, and it gets hot in there. Be careful about what you store in there.
