my last 4 of my vin is 0084 have paper work that said it is one of the 1st 50 released can so one give me a realease # of the 50 , how many vins were befor the 1st 50 ?

Order the authenticity pkg from Ford / SVT. You will get a certificate that tells you the build number of your car.....

VIN 0084 production date was 9/7/04.

35 cars had production dates before 9/7 and two others besides yours had 9/7 dates. So, not knowing the order of the three cars dated 9/7, your car is number 36, 37, or 38.

Not sure I understand what you are asking, but the complete VIN list with production dates is in Marci Cipriani and Joey Limongelli's book.
