what is the background of the car? i know the history while at Ford but when and how did it get into private hands?

i looked for a thread on it but didnt find one that talked about the cars history...

I am now offishully insultified. My delicate sensitivities have been excessively violated - and on a public forum no less...by a guy who's warped enough to have a FGT parked on his barn's ROOF. What are the odds?
