Excellent writing! What a great message about reliability, consistentcy and living your dreams.

Had to appreciate Robertson's decision to retain the capability to switch over to the 'old manual shifter' in the car (as a back-up) vs. the paddle shifter. While it probably saved the race for them, it sure is consistent with the design intent of our GT's.

Thanks for posting a really good, insightful article. What a great goal..get there.. and then the goal was to finish...and then the added ultimate, a podium finish. Yeah Ford GT and the Robertson's. It would be great if they could attend the Rally.
