Is it OK to do the PPF shortly after the car is delivered? I know my paint has just been completed and delivery is approx one month from today? What I don't know is any touch-ups/repaint that may be required between now and delivery.

Normally 30 days after delivery. Be patient buddy before you know it 30 days will pass.

My GT was delivered on a Friday and my concierge gave me the all clear on the following Monday.

In regard to PPF, my Concierge told me to wait two weeks. My Delivery Specialist told me to wait three weeks. Bruce Canepa, who runs one of the top restoration shops on the planet, urged me to wait one month. There are lots of opinions out there, so you have to decide. Waiting longer certainly cannot hurt. For my own GT, it has been sitting for five days; it has 25 more days to go....

Bruce knows of a couple of cars that had issues when PPF was applied in two weeks.
