Getting to radiator fan with ease?

Did some searching and found a bit on front fender/frunk removal......but wondering if thats going to be my path to get a hands on look at the radiators?
Is it a 2 man job if I have to go and take front clip off to get to the radiators?
Just looking for a short cut or some tips/tricks on fixing a loose fan (if one exists)
Or am I in for hours of work for a 5min fix?

I would try and see what you can accomplish through removing the radiator cover vent screens. Probably get some access from below, by dropping front pan, etc.. If you need full access, yes you need to remove the front cover and radiator cover. For the front cover removal/install it is easier to position with two people, but one person can do the job. Lots of painters tape. Hopefully access through screen removal is enough to tighten/reattach.

I just had a quick look …. It looks like you can get access on the exit side of the grill (most of the torx 27 bolts out) but there looks to be two bolts on the underside there that can only be gotten to from the light area…..dang x 10

Not a great design, having the two bolts on each side hiding to hold the screen in

Is there supposed to be a bolt through this rubber bushing to the attach side? That picture is of the radiator that is sitting perfect

I wonder where the Ford when I had a new AC condenser put in that they took the front clip off and forgot to bolt the radiators back in?

The screens just have six screws thru the radiator cover. Two on a each side and two on the bottom. The screws thru the side fender apron are for the overall radiator cover, which the two screens bolt into. Sure looks like a fastener is missing from that mount.

Learned a good lesson the first time I took the screens out.
Dropped my only 27 torx bit down through the screen. Needed another 27 to remove the pan to get the dropped bit.
Have several #27's now.

I just left the stuff and harvested them when I needed to remove the pan. Last time I found the 10mm socket but the torx bit wasn't to be found

Middle of the day the screw cover cap that (I guess) holds the right side steering column trim together came flying off.
Found it when I was having lunch....threw it onto the pass seat and now Ive got to go dig around the cabin as its playing hide and seek.

Any idea what hardware is supposed to attach the upper fan bushings?
Looks like I’m missing somehow the cover on the backside of the fan

I think the tech that changed out the AC compressor cut the lid off the pass fan motor for some reason....WTF
