Gauges are going out - looking for recomendations

I do have my old gauges, the whole panel. I sealed them up in plastic "just in case" someday I want to restore the car, or if I or my son ever sell it, to go with the car. I wasn't planning to sell them.

Ok thought I’d ask. I can fix the big gauges successfully (actually all of them) Just did it on my car. If anyone has a desk weight that they want to get fixed just DM me.

If anyone is curious, here is how my tach moved before I repaired it. Tach before Repair
And here it is after the Repair Repaired Tach

The second video shows it with the case still open but I was able to get everything back together so that it looks good. There is a coined over metal trim ring that gets coined over on the back side - doesn't look too pretty but it butts to the faceplate and you can't see it.

YES, please tell us more! Id love to get my original tach fixed, that has been out of the car for years (speedhuts in now)

The behavior shown is misbehaving. Most gauge failures are completely stuck

Seems to work on the bench but what about in-situ in the car? Bad gauges I have seen bounce around.
