Garen Nicoghosian joins Multimatic as Head of Design

Garen Nicoghosian, design manager (exterior) of the 2017+ Ford GT and all-around great car guy, recently left Ford and has now joined Multimatic as Head of Design this month. Congratulations on the new job, and this should be an exciting new endeavor as Multimatic integrates studio design into their wide range of existing capabilities.

Garen's work on the GT included:

Development of the exterior design of the new Ford GT, from concept definition to production; working with the talented Ford Design / Ford Performance / Multimatic Inc. team.

- GT Concept Definition
- Theme Development in 2D and 3D
- Clay and Digital Model Development
- Production surface development
- Collaboration with the engineering, aero/CFD, and marketing teams
- Competition GT aesthetic surface development
- Competition GT livery, pit equipment, transporter and garage graphics, driver and team gear
- Creative direction and asset development with Turn 10/Microsoft (Forza 6), and various Ford licensees

So beyond just the car, but even down to the race car graphics, the pit stall design, the hospitality at Le Mans; he worked on all of it. Good luck bud!
