I posted about my fuel leak on 8/23/2016, I had fuel leaking from my evap purge valve located on the upper rh rail, where the power steering reservoir is, well I cleaned up the mess it made, then started the engine, let idle until proper engine temperature, revered up a few times, no fuel was leaking, checked all fuel lines and fuel rails, no leak, no fuel smell, shut off engine, about a few hours latter, took car for a drive, 50 or 60 miles, no leak, no smell, put car in garage, few days latter, went out to the garage to take car for a cruise, started car, sat idling, went to back out of garage, smelled raw fuel, turned off car, opened engine cover, again fuel leaking out of evap purge valve,it seems no one on this forum has run into this problem, what could be the problem. p.s. I have the ford service manual for the car.

Maybe you should relace the valve or at least service it

+1 ... I'm familiar with the location of the device and don't recall anyone reporting a similar issue so it's not a common problem. If you develop a leak while driving the fuel could get on the exhaust and ignite. I wouldn't take the chance.

Before all of this did you fill it with a funnel and, or overfill it? Might be possible that the EVAP canister in the RF wheel will is saturated with fuel and then causing raw fuel to get back to the purge solenoid. We have had a couple cars that the EVAP canister was fuel of fuel from (topping off) or overfilling with a funnel. We found that when we removed the canister that we could drain fuel out of it. Not supposed to happen.
