Hard to tell from the pictures. The seller doesn't claim they are billet and they have never been used. I don't think the billet arms were ever offered as a replacement part.

I enlarged the pic and they looked like cast pieces to me.

They don't look like the billet ones and I hope they are not the recalled ones that someone "found" in the dumpster! They also could be off of a savaged car and may have sustained some damage. I wouldn't use used A-arms from an unknown source without having them inspected!

They were the latest - billet aluminum (dash "C" part number) - I bought one of them as a spare. Great price at $365.00 since they are $1034.98 MSRP from Ford dealer (and going up!).
