Believe me, it doesn't take more than simply the knowledge of this type of thing to get the Ford people on it. Luckily I've had great access, via this site and my personal life, into meeting some passionate car people in the right spots at FoMoCo. Believe me, they hate nothing more than seeing this kind of thing. I sent this thread to some key people, and their passion for building cars like this is equaled by their desire to see this issue rectified.
The people involved in the GT program I've met are largely brilliant and inspired. I have faith they'll find a solution to this unfortunate and exasperating situation for Mike...

As long as we've got some important people listening, my steering wheel is still crooked. All the other issues were resolved (those that were not decided to be 'part of the GT experience' by our group, but this didn't get better. Have not mentioned it before since I need to take mine back soon to have the chrome installed.
Is there some special stuff that needs to be done for this, cause it doesn't seem like it was adjusted at all. Maybe the Alignment guys need more practice on GT's

Thanks. All I can say is SHAME on the other car makers. Porsche, Ferrari, Lambo/audi all should take note here, I can't believe the kind of treatment that I've gotten from the dealer level all the way up compared to the way the "exotic" car builders/dealers have treated me in the past.

Same exact problem on this side Mike, but its sitting up front and ready to go for you. Again we do apologize for the bad experience that you have had with your GT. We have been trying to make matters right and I hope you feel that we have not been ignoring any requests from you or trying to give you the run around. I honestly think weve been pretty straight up with you and I dont want there to be any hard feelings on the matter. We do appreciate your business and greatly appreciate your patience in the manner but just to let you know your baby is finished.
