I tried, but with a black bumper the camera just doesn't catch the contrast of the CF piece....

I just got 18 more in, this is going to be the last run so if you still want one let me know. I should have the CF front diffuser by Friday.

Has anyone else had a problem with fit on their CF exhaust piece? Mine does not line up with the bumper like the OEM piece does. It seems to be a bit out of round.

Has anybody had a problem with their part? Mine doesn't seem to fit. When I install the two screws that hold the carbon fiber piece onto the bumper and then try to install the original plastic piece that goes on the back of the bumper, the two short screws that screw into the carbon fiber part won't reach. There is about a 1 inch gap between the two parts and the screws won't even come close to reaching. It seems to be warped.
Am I doing something wrong? Anybody else have this problem? What's the meaning of life? (Scratch that last one).

Mine didn't fit right also. Looked like there's too much carbon behind the screw housing and it ws hitting the aluminum housing of the bumper and prevented the CF surround from lining up properly. Five minutes with the dremel fixed that. But even with the fix, the CF surround's side still stick out very slightly from the bumper, not very noticeable, but still not 100% flush. The carbon fiber weave is oriented at a slight angle also. But overall, I like the look of the piece on the car, just wish it would fit better and had perfect weave alignment. I'd love to get a diffuser and front splitter when they become available, but definitely would want to make sure the quality and fit is better before I put my order in.
Guys, if you have problems with the part PLEASE send me some pictures so we can get it resolved!

There's nothing a picture could tell you. Just looking at it you can't see a problem. Even side by side with the stock piece I could barely find a difference but what he said about the screw bosses makes sense. I'll look at it again tonite and see if grinding will help.
I'm just disappointed that I would have to grind on it to make it fit.
That brings up the question will they take it back if I've ground on it and it still doesn't fit??

Not the best photo but you can see on the upper right side the parts do not line up anywhere close the the OEM parts. Seems to be a bit warped or out of shape.
Can I get a new one to see if it fits any better?

I don't think that's the same problem I have. (Maybe you could post a bigger picture!!) :rofl I can't even get mine mounted because the two small screws at the bottom won't reach the cf piece.
