I've got my own problems. They sent the package to the wrong STATE (I discovered this by accident). Their solution was to have the package shipped back to Michigan and reshipped overnight to me in Florida. Not enough time for this to happen. Trying to reach them to ship a duplicate package to me overnight or ship the original to the hotel. Grrrr.

UPDATE: Campbell Marketing has solved the problem. I should have the credentials in my hands Tuesday.
