Ford GT VS. Nissan GT-R (WebRidesTV)

This is a really cool video of a timed track event between a Ford GT and a Nissan GT-R:

After the two runs, it shows a split screen of the two cars, timing differences and outlines of the cars.

The vdeo also features the creator of Gran Turismo, who owns a GT and says that the GT is the nicest designed car in history.

If I remember correctly, when you go WAY back on posts, they came here for help on scanning in the dimensions of the GT for the game.

I use Forza mainly on my simulator now with xBox. Haven't tried the GT on Grand Turismo.

The FGT is much more visceral to drive on Gran Turismo while the GTR is more clinical. GTR is easier to drive fast while the FGT with all driver aids off, one has to pay attention to business at hand. I haven't timed laps between the two but the FGT is more thrilling to drive.

They took +- 150 photo's of my GT last year. The new release should be out later this year, according to what I was told two weeks ago.:biggrin

I agree. I still have to upload some pics of my simulator - where mainly Forza 2 is played.

I'll have to ping GT38 and see if he has any from the GT BBQ.
