I think you're gonna need more than a pulley and tune to beat a 650s

the 650S spools VERY fast, you might spin at 10MPH while the 650S is gone.... we can try it....

I have a pulley and tune GT my car is quicker than most with my light weight rotational set up. , I think i would me even with the 650 from a 10 mph roll before it gets spooled up..
