Ford GT versus C8 Corvette Drag Race

Hey guys, just posted this today. I had a C8 Corvette press car awhile back and I shot some video with my Ford GT, plus was able to get a clean drag race between the two, shot by drone. The video includes a discussion of each car's specs and why the Ford GT costs 10 times more than the latest 'Vette.

But contextually, much bigger than a comparable 0-60 time, I'd have to add a key element to the Ford GT credential - that the Ford GT is a direct descendant to the 2016 LeMans race winner. The race version of the Corvette C8, cannot make that claim, even remotely.

And these days. it seems every electric vehicle entering the market place is (laughingly) using 0-60 as the 'equivalency factor' in trying to convert ICE buyers. Well, there is more to a story than that.
