Ford GT team history books

I’ve got 2 of the Ford GT team history books that I’ve had since the first rally which are collecting dust on my shelf. Most are familiar with the books which contain the history, development, suppliers and employees who worked on the car. There are about 150 pages and it also includes a GT art print as well as a CD rom as shown in the pictures. Price is $700 shipped each or $1300 for the pair.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Great books. I was one of the six that put it together. The DVD was one of my parts. We had a great time doing it. Mike Lacy and I got a chance to spend a day in the bowels of Ford World Headquarters, in the archive section doing research. Talk about history. We looked at original Ford advertising from more than 100+ years. This is a great deal, as I have seen them go for more than $900. in the past. There were only 1000 copies originally printed, but at the request of our forum's fearless leader DBK, 200 more were printed. We 6 and six more shooters on the program have copies with our names in gold leaf on the cover. Mine has never been opened. I still do 2 of DVDs of pictures and videos and various papers from the program for my GT clients. I have 3 books left myself, but sadly, the one I treasured most, with autographs from many people, was loaned to someone and it was never returned. And I forgot who I loaned it to.

I don’t think people really realize what you have here! These are extremely special, and just wonderful to look through. Truly educational on every aspect of the GT.! if I didn’t already have one I’d be buying one if you don’t have this book get one while you can because these are true collectibles. Spec racer will vouch for it.

Whoever bought them I guarantee you will thoroughly enjoy them. Perhaps the best piece of memorabilia out there.!
The only better memorabilia out there is knowing and talking to the team members!
Thanks to DBK for bringing them to the rallies!
Great stories , Even better friends

Nice seeing you at the Amoc event after all those years!
You looked great.
Rich along with Fred and Cindy were so proud of this book!
Look close , I think Dbk and myself and maybe Bony recieved these with the gold leaf outside of the group who put the book together.
It’s almost 20 years guys……
Thanks for the memories

What a great event the first rally was! I drove my GT to it. Meeting many who where involved in the GT project was truly special! Made long lasting friends!
I had a nice conversation with Fred, he personalized my book along with others ( and my car as well!!
Great times!
