I've tracked GT parts for the past 6 years as far as cost and usage and much to my surprise, the parts prices for some of the GT parts went down in November 2010. the front fenders, hood and both doors were reduced in price. not exactly sure the reasoning other then some pretty expensive inventory sitting in a Ford warehouse somewhere. the rear diffuser pricing went down as well. Not huge reductions but a pretty rare occurrence for parts for a car that hasn;t been built in years.
Unfortunately, the rear clam shell just keeps going up and up in price. not sure if that will ever stop going up.

Actually Scott my information last week showed all the prices just went up. No one pays list price on GT parts and list hasn't changed in a while, you gotta look at dealer prices. I just priced out all body panels from ford last week and on october 1st all the body panels went up..... Ford is tightning the prices between dealer cost and list too less or around 20% instead of 30%. They have done this on many cars as of lately and not just the GT. So all the list prices have stayed the same and the cost to the dealer has gone up, which in return has made the cost to the body shops go up aswell and taken away their markup. The only body parts so far to not change in price is the front and rear facia. I print reports of body panels every price change term with ford.

No sir, not exactly true. Make sure you're looking at November dealer pricing, not October. I only deal with dealer pricing. I'm looking at the most current Ford Microcat as of November 1, 2010. I will check with the FMC system in the morning but I stand by my original statement. you may want to have your parts order re-quoted. might save you a couple of bucks. Also the rear bumper actually went down in price as well.

Well is does show the fenders went down $106 dollars a piece wooo hooo:) Hood assembly is up $400.00 but that was from the 1st of the year, hood dealers for $4358. list on it went down aswell 500.00 The doors showed up $600 from 2 months ago as far as my info goes, but who knows.

Dealer on the clambshell is 16505.72 list is 23579.00

I've got a oem bolt on carbon clamb, with cosmtic carbon bottom like the original prototypes. Its 15g's though due to the amount of work to make the cosmetic carbon bottom. Have a couple other options with it also just need todo some testing. Maytech and Robertsons are race only and do not attach like oem one.

According to the dealer network pricing, the hood is $3735.34 dealer cost. it was 3388.57 in dec. 2009. price went to $4066.28 Jan 1, 2010 and has stayed that price until November 1, 2010 whicjh is now $3735.34. the clam shell is now priced at $14147.76 with SRP at $23,579.60 as of Nov 1, 2010- that price is up.
both front doors dropped in price this November as well. My orignal statement was that prices went down on those parts om November as compared to October. maybe us Michigan guys get a bigger break from Ford!! (LOL).

I have those prices too LOL. Not many people can get their dealer to sell at cost...
