Yes, recent. NorthwoodGT posted the part numbers for the side stripes. I bought a set from him as insurance in case the paint looked different after 12 years under the stripes, or if I decided I missed them. Peeled them off. Probably will never use the new ones.

I like the look without the side strips, but they do protect the paint from rock damage. Mine has a nick in it from something hitting the stripe. You may want to add some film to that area if you haven't already done it.
