Rex, this is generally true at any track. The more speed you can carry onto the longest straight at a given track leads to the lowest track time (and highest speed at the end of the straight).
Thus the most critical turn on a track is the one leading to the straight away.:biggrin Just ask Andy (or Rocketman)....
As we all know, flags no longer matter in FIA racing and this flag can be ignored. :rolleyes

Amazed at how well the #67 ran after that pit emergency. I guess that looked much worse than it actually was.
