fault code p0463

Does anyone know if the fuel gauge circut be turned of like the rear o2 sensors with a diablo tuner.
the reason I ask is our race car does not run the std fuel tank it has a 120 litre race tank,and this brings this p0463 code up every time I start the engine,if I clear the code it will not return untill I restart the engine.
My understanding off the fuel lvel circut is the pcm calculates the amount of fuel used during operation,if it does not change, ie fuel level drops dtc is set.
I have the fuel pumps inside a surge tank so the fuel level will always be full.
any thoughts would be appreciated.

We can do it with SCT but you would have to consult with Diablo on that.

I have been offered a SCT from Gimbles old gt that got burnt but not sure when he will send it to me.
What would the cost be involved in you supplying me an SCT with a whipple 17 psi tune.
