That's incredible. Does it put the power down to the ground nicely, or do you get "hop" on acceleration?
You know, it's hard to say for me because I got mine on the perfect day. It's easy to say the traction is pretty good when it's 86 degrees outside. I left Camilo's place at around 10:30 last night and it had cooled considerably and the car definitely spun the tires good when I hammered it in first, but it was surprisingly planted hammering 2nd. When it was hot out, it wouldn't really spin second if you rolled into it.
If you remember John Pfeiffer from Ford GT days, he does alot of the drag strip testing for GT500, and we were talking yesterday about how surprised I was that you could scoot pretty good off the line in 1st on a warm day. Even with the 285s, I think the 3.31 gear does a good job keeping the car manageable for the street. It's definitely not a Ford GT, but it does a lot more ability to put the power down than the KR did. I think you'll like it when you inevitably buy it. :lol
