Saw this on the news this AM and she has already lawyered up "There wasn't anything for me to grab on to". & "Security laughed and didn't try to help me".

Mark my words. It's already illegal to text and drive. In some cases it is illegal to drive and TALK ON A CELL PHONE (but not to talk to someone in the seat or reach behind you and whack the kid or the dog. Note whacking the kid might be illegal for other reasons).
