Do you still get that feeling???

I went into my garage this evening to get some batteries and found myself looking at my FGT, just staring and thought, “That is one cool looking car”! There are a lot of nice exotics, but in my own humble opinion the lines, curves and angles are just perfect!

I hope that feeling doesn’t go away any time soon!

agreed I have had mine 6 years this July and I was in the garage last night starring at my GT, Cobra above it dripping diff lube...... son of A!!!!!....... had to clean the front of my GT last night with some simple green... my new roundel on the front has a hint of yellow now.......

I try to keep my GT and my cobra covered at all times while in the garage for 2 reasons , one to keep them safe and two so I can unwrap them every so often and take a look , that way i dont think the thrill will ever where off

No sh!t...couldn't have said it better myself! Have never actually driven my GT as it's winter and lots of snow. I do think my other babies are going to be jealous and will require a lot more seat time to ensure they don't put a hex on me in the GT -- LOL

I always tell myself that's a 45+ year old design.......that tells you something right there about how the creators hit the mark.

Every night this for the past 7 nights, I've been going into the workshop and mostly detailing, spring cleaning and waxing every spot of the Red GT. Even past midnight I step back and look her with admiration. There truly is not a bad angle or line on these cars. Along the way I find many small flaws, in fitment, paint finish etc. but after 5 years she feels just as good as the day she came home.

The Maserati is in the shop right now. Scottsdale Ferrari gives out Honda Accords as loaners!!! (Don't get me started.)

Anyway, I climb in the plain, white Accord this morning and look over to the GT, sitting a couple garage bays away. As soon as I put the key in the Accord I pulled it out and decided to drive the GT today.

As always, fired up and put a smile on my face. Love it. Makes me feel good every time I drive it.
