Was wondering if anyone else has experienced the front defrost not working. When I select the defrost it blows air down in the floor.

cycle the control knob back and forth thru the directional cycles and see if it changes.
sometimes a door gets hung up from sitting. if that doesn't work than probably one of the
door servo motors on the HVAC box.

Op - it is the "blend door" that is stuck. You can search blend door but to help get you started;
