deciding which to buy


I searched for and found silver/black stripes, wouldn't accept anything else and just love the color. Subtle and relatively understated (I even changed the red calipers for gray) yet sexy and well defined. As far as the production volume is concerned, indeed silver is the rarest (fewer yellow in 05, but yellow continued into 06, silver did not). Why so few? Well IMO it didn't have to do with real time popularity since at the time the cars were priced well over sticker and all colors were selling slowly. I'd guess the production volumes were set by Ford Marketing applying God only knows what criteria. I hear that silver is the preferred color for any sports car in the UK. Is that true?
 
For any car for that matter. Here 1 in 3 car is silver (or a shade of metallic grey).

You need to go back and look at that photo again and if you still don't agree:frown....join the other team.:lol
 
I wanted yellow and bought mine last feb. There were only 12 new dealer cars available at that time and only 1 was close to MSRP so I got lucky....

Pick the color you want, not the color you think will be more popular or worth more and you will be much happier...

It would be tough to decide on a second one, my first choice was a no brainer...

I would lean towards the silver one though....
