Love the jackets! I'm gonna wear this one out completely.

I wore it over to the Porsche hospitality suite and one of the Porsche reps said "I love the branding, it's so subtle. Like having a Ford billboard in our hospitality." [emoji38] At least he was good natured about it.

A guy in the Ford clothing booth said the jackets were all hand-made by one woman in Canada, eh? And were delivered in the nick of time.

Did everyone get women's zippers?

And extra-long sleeves?

The girls at the hospitality stand had a bunch of extra jackets but didn't want to hand them out to wives. Mr Bannister tried to sweet talk them to no avail, but he had a quiet word with HF3 who then instructed the girls to hand them all out, when the boss says "jump", you say " how high?". Priceless!

Too bad some of the "gentlemen" jumped in front of them to grab seconds.

Most wives ended up with X-tra larges.

Yes to zippers. I maintain they are left handed, and usually on women's clothes. Joyce - who happens to be left handed - says they are all over the lot these days. I say they are a PITA, but jackets are priceless, so I'll live with it. Jackets were the best gift we could have gotten, considering the weather. Can't wait to wear the jacket and drive the GT to a local car show.

Sleeves? They must have long arms in Canada, eh?

Ok, here's an interesting picture of a Ford Ford GT returning from Daytona after 6 days and 1960 miles. She's completely loaded down with luggage, people, mans best friend (Dukie man my 52 lb. Brittany) in his mama's lap, no other room. He was the hit of Bed & Biscuit boarding kennel when we picked him up just before closing. Let's see if anyone can match this one. DBK, ever picked up your bull dogs in your GT? Amy and Gary Gene ever given your chickens a ride in your GT. What a wonderful trip, He'll Let' Do It Again, soon.

Now that's a dedicated road tripper!

I wore mine over to the Porsche Platz also. They stopped me at the door but I had the right wrist band since I'd signed in with my PCA card. The big wigs from Stuttgart were discussing the GT4R which is PDK only. I got a bit of the stink eye from the PCA members, with the Ford kit on.
