Anybody here replaced the bushings like this or has everyone bought new control arms? I'm having some wear just as a few from this thread.

Ford clearly did not use the same design for control arms and bushings that they used on my 1965 Mustang. Fifteen minutes and $29.95 later they were all replaced.

Uh, was your 1965 Mustang designed to safely motor along at 200 mph?

looks to me like the rubber dust/water seal has perished. if the joint does not have any wear , then just replace the cover, should be held in with a c clip or similar, just source a seal from something similar..

These rubber boots are very thin compared to those used on other parts of the suspension. They are actually translucent when new.
