Chris Kyle Slain in Texas

Navy Seal Sniper who served 4 selfless tours in the Middle East was one of 2 men slain tonight at a gun range in Texas while helping another soldier with PTSS. May this HERO, RIP!

According to local TV station KHOU, officials said that Kyle was shot at point-blank range "while helping another soldier who was recovering from post traumatic stress syndrome" at a range near the town of Glen Rose.

I read about it in the U.K. Paper the Daily Mail. The comments/responses are so repulsive it defies description. Sadly, many of the posts on HuffPo are no better.

Wow, that's just tragic. It looks as tho it happened about 5 miles from my dad's ranch. There is nothing rough about Rough Creek Lodge, top notch resort.

A guy I go 4-wheeling with served with Routh. He and his service buds have a Facebook thread going. They call him Routhy. The usual "This is insane," "I can't believe it," "I can't believe he was that damaged."
