Carbon Fiber billet parts???? WHAT???????

For all of you carbon fiber nuts I took some of our non usable prototype parts and added a touch of carbon fiber via a local company doing hydro graphics and I must say for not being true full off carbon fiber pieces they look pretty awesome. What do you think????

The only real thickness change is the clear coat as the film is very thin. Now if you want the flat looking carbon without the gloss it wouldn't be much at all.

I'll stick to the real thing. I have side mirrors from Kip coming any day. That spray on stuff is definitely better than the simulated CF adhesive vinyl.

I agree ED that the real thing is "The Bomb" but for parts that are not available in carbon fiber this can be a great alternative.

Here is a picture of real carbon fiber directly next to a hydro graphic piece and they are not that far off side by side but when you put them two feet away it real hard to tell the difference from the two. IMO

Anybody tempted to go with his billet parts should do it. Quality is awesome and the service is fantastic!!!
