Hey John, when are you going to share the source for your leather boot for the shifter and e-brake?

You just knew you shouldn't have posted that picture, didn't you?:lol

can you take a wider shot as to include all of th cf in the shot?

Here ya go. Just wrapped up the final touches on the sides panel this weekend. After many hours on how to secure the side panels and a few calls to Shadowman :thumbsup, using the existing center console mounting points was the best solution for the panels. Torx bolts/washer will secure the panel to the center console. Hopefully the picture shows the detail of the pieces.

Take care
John

I found this little deer about 250 yards from the ridge I was walking on the 3rd day of my hunt in CO. 23" wide 4X4 with browtines. I would have held out for something bigger :lol but I needed to start focusing on the Elk in the area. Heading out in January for a once in a lifetime draw for AZ Buffalo :thumbsup Hopefully this picture will not offend anyone. If it does, I apologize.

Take care
John

Good eye Keith. Those were made with left over leather to see how they'd hold up on the Rally to Rally 3. They did OK but needed a couple changes before the leather from Shadowman was cut for the final product. I should have my first set in a week or so. I'll keep ya updated on the progress. It looks like he might be able to get a dozen or so sets out of the hide.

Take care
John

JBG, please put another RED car owner on the list for a leather brake cover. I do believe RED should get the first dibs.

I'm looking forward to Kip's double DIN. I'd like to have the interior of the FGT finished and together before the next project.

Interesting timing. When it rains, it pours.
In the end, the GT community wins.

I've been working up the tooling for these for quite a while and now have them completed.

These will be available in the coming weeks. Bony, of course, gets right of first refusal...

Our version of this part starts with an original Ford vent. We replace the outer ring with a molded carbon part. The vanes then get machined back and we bond molded carbon over an original vane.

Your original part is unaltered. Installation is quite simple, as you just pull out the original part and push the new ones in. It is essentially a snap fit.

I'll post photos of our part this week.

Interested parties, please contact me directly.

Much more this month.
Rear window vents, mirrors, hand brake bezels, etc!
Oh, and did I mention, Bony is first...

Cheers
Kip

Kip, any updates?

We've had a little delay on the new GT stuff, as we've had a massive project at the shop in November.
We went through 1100 yards of carbon on it!:banana

Anyway - we're back on the new stuff.
First 5 sets of ac vents are about finished, two sets are spoken for.
These turned out to be a bit of a 'swiss watch' to make...
First 6 sets of handbrake bezels are nearly done, two sets are spoken for.

Still working out the tooling for the vents around the rear window and the high mount stop lamp bezel. These are looking really cool. The attachments have been pretty involved to pattern.

Should have some pics to post this week.
