Bridgestone vs. Hoosier Opinions

R6's are cheap collision insurance for dry weather conditions, they do stick. Just make sure they are warm before you get that twitching sensation starts in your right foot.

The Hoosiers also make a lot more road noise IMHO and of course they wear faster.

2 cents added.

How would you rank the noise.

e.g. BS < GY < Hoos

From a scale of Noisy to quiet...

Hoosiers, GY, BG...

Then the hoosiers must be LOUD! :eek

I have had Hoosiers on my car forever and they are loud, leak little more than other tires, and you can only use them in dry conditions, but it just adds to the experience. Besides, if you have the right exhaust you can't hear the tires anyway, if you can hear the tires then you have an exhaust problem... I wouldn't put them on my Bentley...

I am getting some Hoosiers for track use (second set of wheels) but even with very SVO loud headers, I very much appreciate the smooth quieter ride of the Bridgestones over the F1s.

Bridgestones!!!

I want the bridgestones but what is the closest to stock size we can get?
I only street drive the GT
