Hows the install procedure on these? Is it a full replacement piece for stock, or is it a cover?

Very straight forward install. Replaces the black plastic(?) part with a very high quality replacement. Think there where two screws per insert(not in the country right now, so unable to check or post the old ones).

Very easy and straight forward. Remove the alan screws on the rear of the seat, unsnap the front part from the rear (pull hard), insert the billet front, reuse the rear plastic part then snap them together and tighten provided new bolts. Easy and an awesome look!
