Bad tensioner or whipple bearing

I thought the whipple belts were cut down.....

Actually, I got two belts from Whipple for my 3.25 pulley. I had heard of the cut down but looked to be obvious BS from my experience. Both were the exact same belt that I later purchased from O'Rilley for a 1/4 of the price. Before I learned of the spacer I went through two belts due to the misalignment.

3.25" pulley is 89" belt but my 3.5" pulley needs 90.5" belt.
