Audi R8 for sale (REDUCED)

I've decided to sell my 2008 Audi R8. It's a lovely car in what I think is the best color combination - phantom black with the very rare carbon fiber side blades. It's been very carefully broken in, with only 850 or so miles on the clock as of now. It's like new in every way with all delivery items, sticker, papers etc... Spec'd as follows:
2008 Audi R8
6 speed manual (preferred by most to Audi's R-tronic)
Phantom Black pearl effect paint
Carbon fiber side blades (near impossible to find)
Enhanced fine nappa leather leather in contrasting limestone gray
Premium Package (parking system, rear view camera, hill hold, 6 cd, bluetooth, auto dimming exterior mirrors, etc...)
Navigation system
4 yr warranty expires ~ 5/2012
The dealer has an 18-24 month wait or so to order one. I've done some market research of what's available on autotrader, ebay, and dealers. The 2-3 listed for less are either higher mileage, or in my opinion less desireable colors and options. I'm trying to price it fairly in the current market, asking $152,000 (reduced) I'd also consider working out some sort of trade for an F430 or black no stripe GT.
