i took mine to Berge ford in mesa for its 1st oil change. every thing went smooth as silk and i was in and out of their quick and they didn't overcharge me either. the most important thing for me was to take my GT to a dealer who has worked on alot of them and they have. :thumbsup

Thanks Freddy, the car is still in GA at the moment but I'm sure I'll need some dealer work here at some point. I'm super particular about the what gets done and how. :thumbsup
BTW, while searching the forum for dealership advise I came across your post about ADS in Chandler. I've known John, Doug, and Greg for years & just recently met Mike, all great guys. Sadly though I hear Mike has been hired by MSD and will only be at ADS for another week or so.

I have followed John Bernath (Service Manager) from North Scottsdale Ford to Santan Ford in Gilbert. He did a great job with halfshaft fix and replacing temp. gage. Great guy and great service.

I have used Berge.
They were the outfit that was a central repair point for the A-arm repairs in the early days.
I deal with Josh (only) in the service department. He takes my car back, and brings it up when done. No one else drives it. When I call in, they give me a priority treatment and pretty much run on my schedule.
Like all dealers, there has been a small issue here or there, but they have done everything I needed and have been very easy to work with. All warranty items have been a no-hassle issue. Even on items where I hand them mine and do my own repair (I prefer to do my own work if possible - nobody has the same concern as when doing your own).
I have heard some good stuff (and issues, or course) about North Scottsdale, but have not used them yet. I guess I like dealing with Josh.
If you go there, tell them Larry with the white GT sent you in.

FWIW, I have been told that Christian Clayton, son of Mel Clayton has 3 FGT's. Maybe their dealer has had some experience in working on them?
