3:59 GMT time is 11:59pm east coast time or 8:59pm California time If what I found on the net is correct... not over...

Eastern Daylight Saving Time ( EDT ) = GMT-4 (USA + Canada)

GMT is 4 hours ahead of us. When they were at 3:59, we were at 12:59 yesterday? The time has passed. Over!
Why couldn't they have used Eastern Time?

Actually it would have been 11:59pm last night Just realized it was 3:59 GMT on the 12th... that would have been 11:59 on the 11th

11:59 plus 4 = 3:59 But they seem to still be open for changes and starting an app. Just checked.

Unfortunately if you edit your application after the deadline, they know you're not into it enough to complete it on time and it automatically deletes you. Sorry.

By the statement of 3:59 GMT 12-May the window closed last night not today.

I was incorrectly thinking GMT meant Mountain Time, then looked into it- Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) is 4-7 hours ahead (for the 48 US states during the months when Daylight Standard Time applies). Their early morning this morning was during our last night. Nothing confusing about any of that, right?
