Heffner exhaust

I am considering changing from stock exhaust to a Heffner system, but without adding headers. Is this what you did, and are you happy with it? Not too loud? Any other side effects to the car's computer system? Emission test issues? Thanks.

Heffner system is an x pipe and a great mod. As is the Accufab unit. Both great vendors.
