I'm wondering how many actual NGT's are currently built and if they are production cars or mules.

They're all mules. Some are now "production intent" but every one we've seen so far is still a mule in some regard.

Yeah, unfortunately, that is extremely unlikely to ever occur again.

They have a bunch of cars now. The funky unfinished cars are numerous, and they are now cranking on the level of cars that this white car is.
